Best way to pay a mixture of student loans and private loans?

My grace period ends in about a month, and there just has to be a better way for me to make payments on everything. So, what are my options? Should I just pay them all separately? For menow its all in my finances too stressful for menow its all in the uni to deal with it just my face and well it might help good.
